Split system type
A split Altherma system has an outdoor condensing unit and an indoor hydrobox. This is the best choice for areas with harsh winters.

OR

Monobloc system type
A monobloc Altherma system combines the condensing unit and the hydrobox into one outside unit. This simplifies installation since no refrigerant piping needs to be installed. It also frees up space.
